"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Plenty of room for our two families. The highlight of our trip was our time spent in their backyard. It is huge, we basically had our own snow park. We built our own snowball battle field and sledding track. The property was not too far from Soda Springs Ski resort and Sugar Bowl. "The pictures are very deceiving. The house needs major updates. It was dirty and there were cobwebs and spiders. No sheets and no curtains in the bathrooms for privacy at all. We could not shower because of the lack of privacy, and we decided to leave a night early because we were so uncomfortable in the house."

"My son and I have so enjoyed our two stays at this lovely home right on Donner Lake. There are views from almost every room and window in the house. There is a big outdoor area including a beach which even in late spring was beautiful to enjoy rock collecting and fishing from the shore. It's just 8 minutes to downtown Truckee for restaurants and shops and the train station. 10 minutes to Sugar Bowl, 10 minutes to Tahoe Donner Downhill, 5 minutes to Safeway.
