"The property is clean , personal is kind and professional. I was in the room on the fifth floor and elevator goes to the fourth level. The personal offered to carry luggage but it is still not convenient to be on the fifth floor if you have one large suitcase "

"The location of this hotel is great, but if you arrive with heavy luggage, it’s a challenge to get up 2 flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It’s also noisy because of the restaurant next door. Other things that I wasn’t pleased with was that there were some small ants on the floor of my room and that the room wasn’t made up after the first day. I thought even boutique hotels had daily housekeeping. "
