"Had a wonderful experience. The entire staff were friendly, personable, and very helpful. Location, location, location. Although initially a little hard to find, but overall great location. Walkable to everyting. Since it is a few steps from two restaurants/bars it did get kind of noisy, but I was not suprised due to previous reviews. Did not have any effect on my stay. I would definitely stay at this location again."

"Lovely hotel in a quiet location about 15 min walk from the old town. There is a bus stop nearby and shops, a few restaurants & bars. Our room was very big (one extra large king bed and one single bed) and the bathroom was huge, but the bath was very narrow. We had a balcony too. We enjoyed the breakfast, there was a good variety of food. When we left too early for breakfast the hotel provided a packaged lunch which was ready and waiting when we left at 6.45 am. Staff were all very friendly, and great customer service from reception. "

"Had a wonderful break at Hotel Park. Room very comfortable. Hotel is beautifully kept. Staff friendly. The reception team and manager Mark, excellent. The hotel recommended restaurants every night. All were delicious. The pool was closed, this was frustrating as this was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. There had been a storm prior to our arrival and this was why it was empty. We understand these things can’t be helped but our son was disappointed. Mark responded well to our complaint, he is very professional and a great asset to the hotel alongside Molvic on reception whose personal touch and interest was a welcome interaction. "
