"This stay in Alcala was excellent. We came to visit old friends from when my father was in the Air Force. It was absolutely perfect. The Serfardi apartment was clean, quaint, central to everything “Alcala” and the host quickly communicated to all questions. I should note that there is a washer for last dry but not an electric dryer which I misunderstood from the listing. This was remedied quickly by our host. "Buen lugar para desconectar y su ubicación permite visitar pueblos como Aranjuez y Chinchón y ciudades como Madrid y Toledo. Está ubicado en una urbanización y eso permite estar más tranquilos aunque es más complicado para ir a comprar. "Great location, we walked all over in the hot August sun, and loved coming back to the cool, quiet apartments. Gracious hostess made it easy to park our 2 cars and get out early in the morning for our flight home. I recommend this property to any one who visits Toledo."

"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. Breakfast buffet staff (particular mentioned to Roberto) were all. We checked out today and called a Uber to airport which was running late. The Bellboy was so concerned that he walked out to the curb side to ensure the location status of the Uber driver. This is what customer service is all about to the very core. We had a very nice tow night stay at Regina Hotel. Highly recommend! "
