The property itself has so much character with an incredible master bedroom and en suite with jacuzzi tub. The rest of the bedrooms were great, most had double beds and all had air con. The communal spaces in the house were very well equipped and comfortable too, we ate mainly in the upstairs dining room which sat 10 of us comfortably, this lead out onto the veranda which gave stunning views of the property and the surrounding olive farms. However we spent most of our time in what we called the pool house. What a fantastic space this is and so necessary for the 40 degree heat that ensued. The pool house had multiple tables and chairs and a chess board which kept some of my friends occupied for hours. There is also a fridge down there which was so handy to keep drinks cool for when we were by the pool. The pool was a great size that comfortably fit 10 of us in. It was perfect to have to keep cool in the heat. The property is very rural and it is necessary to have a car to be able to go to near by shops, this was perfect for what we wanted, secluded and no neighbours. Frederique was the most fantastic host, she was so easy to get communicate with and she organised taxis for us to go to Toledo and the airport. Frederique also organised for a local chef to come and cook paella for us. Utterly amazing host! Can’t recommend her enough!! ##### Elle J. From here we day-tripped to Toledo, El Escorial, Segovia, Avila, and Madrid. Pool was refreshing. This could be a good place for entertainment away from an office environment, too. Los puntos negativos vienen principalmente por la limpieza. Entendemos que se trata de una casa en medio del campo pero no es plato de buen gusto que nada más llegar esté el fregadero de la cocina repleto de insectos muertos (que puede pasar, pero que menos que tener el detalle de limpiarlo justo antes de que lleguen los huéspedes). La tubería del fregadero que va a la pared de la cocina tiene un hueco bastante grande que no está sellado por el que no paraban de entrar hormigas, bastante incómodo. El resto de las habitaciones, sería importante hacer una revisión de cuando la gente termina una estancia, porque fuimos varias personas del grupo las que encontramos pañuelos usados en los armarios, pastilleros con pastillas de alguien que se lo habrá olvidado… no es agradable.Como posible punto de mejora, al tratarse de una finca grande no hay recogida de basuras y los huéspedes tienen que llevársela en coches hasta Recas. Entendemos este punto pero quizás se podría plantear que parte de los beneficios por el alquiler de la casa se destinarán a contratar un servicio de recogida de basuras cuando terminen las estancias, así evitamos que los coches se manchen por toda la basura generada (como fue el caso)Estuvimos a gusto, pero sí se corrigieran estos puntos la casa sería un 10/10 ##### Miguel R. Todo es como se ve en las fotos, la casa está muy bien conservada y equipada. Aug 10, 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location #### Muy buenos exteriores, pero interiores algo mejorables Casa muy espaciosa y con grandes estancias en el exterior con capacidad para grupos numerosos, piscina y zona de barbacoa muy bonita, hicimos vida allí prácticamente toda nuestra estancia. Habitaciones también muy amplias y con aire acondicionado en todas ellas, pero con aspecto antiguo y cosas a mejorar, como la cisterna de un baño. Podría mejorar la limpieza y el cuidado del césped de la piscina. El anfitrión fue muy atento en todo momento, vive dentro de la misma finca en otro edificio a parte. Nos pidió suplemento por utilizar la barbacoa y la leña, aunque no aparecía en el anuncio. Tienen un gato suelto, doméstico, pero para los que somos alérgicos creo que deberían avisarlo con anterioridad. Hay muchas avispas, sobre todo en la zona de la piscina.
