"This is the third time we have stayed in this home and when visiting central Florida we would not consider anywhere else. The owners are delightful and are quick to respond, it’s a wonderful neighborhood and our dog loves to take up over to the golf course so that he can watch the golfers. He loves it when they see him watching and when finished with the hole they come see their cabin fan. The primary bedroom has a new foam pad which helps the mattress a bunch but it’s still too hard for us. The only thing I can find slightly wrong is that when someone stays two weeks or longer, I would like to see at least 1 roll of toilet paper week per bathroom. That is only a minor concern as we always bring our own. I also suggest bringing bottled water with you, through no fault of the owner, Haines city water is the worst on the planet. The good news is Walmart and Dollar General market are so close you can pop out quickly to get some. This is our home away from home. Our dog even remembers where we place his food and water bowl and he stood in the same place waiting for us to put it down for him. Thank you for another wonderful stay. We look forward to our next. Oh and awesome restaurants nearby too. Don’t hesitate to check them iut."

"The house itself was very nice and shown as listed. Only thing I would recommend is them having someone deep clean the entire home like even the ceilings and the outside area by the pool. The house is older and you can tell upon first entering the home because it has this strong smell of "oldness". We ended up buying some candles to make the house smell somewhat decent. The pool area is nice but there's spider webs that needs to be cleared. Other than that, the house was nice!"

"My Wife and i booked this home and absolutely loved the stay. The only issue was the previous tenants must have used the tea kettle for something other than water and the cleaning folls missed it and there was mold in it. Not a big issue just warmed up water in a coffee mug. Nice neighbors and very quiet neighborhood. We would most definitely stay here again."

"This home accommodated our group of 6 adults very comfortably. Well laid out, lots of room to gather together or find some quiet time. Pool area offers both sun and shade and is very private. We would return."

"The house was nice need to update the furniture stool at the bar was badly peeling and the master bed the first night of sleeping in it I was bitten by something not for sure what when I wake up my right eye was swollen my left arm was swollen with big red mark and bits on right arm and leg where I had to call urgent care. I had to keep ice on my arm and eye for two days using over the counter cortisone cream . So from that night on we didn’t sleep in the master bed. I’ve been coming to Florida for last nine years on spring break with my family. I have use the VRBO. Never had this to happen. I’m back in Va . I’m still itching and my left upper leg is still swollen with big red mark. Will be seeing my doctor. you may want check for bed bugs I was very disappointed about this."
