We have a great selection of privately owned condos and townhouses available in the Disney area, each designed with your vacation enjoyment in mind, and Disney Trail is another fine example of that. Why Disney Trail Less than a 2 minute walk to the resort clubhouse, pool and amenities Less than 2 miles to Walt Disney World All resort amenities are included in the price Features a King size master suite Full size washer and dryer in unit Free high speed Wi-Fi and upgraded cable package Gated resort style community Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance All towels, linens and crockery provided Very competitively priced, this well appointed condo offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World. Disney Trail is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom second floor condo in the very under-rated, but equally attractive, Oakwater Resort. With 1015 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! Located about a two minute walk from the main clubhouse and pool area, Disney Trail provides an enjoyable view of the resort and courtyard opposite area which can be enjoyed from your private patio. As you would expect, this lovely condo also comes extremely well equipped. Decorated in pastel shades throughout, and thoughtfully furnished too, comfort is the name of the game here. This is a very cozy condo, compact but with dark leather furniture and wood finishes throughout, where space has been used so well that even though this is only a 2 bedroom unit, if has everything you could need. It sleeps 6 people comfortably, though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 4 to preserve the condition of the home. The bedrooms consist of one king size master which has full en-suite facilities, and a twin room which is serviced by the second full bathroom directly opposite. Both bedrooms have cable service and flat screen TV's. We should add too that all towels and linens are provided for your stay, another great feature offered in your home from home. Disney Trail also boasts a compact kitchen, spacious living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a large flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. \*Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests. After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with ample seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal. A patio door from the living area leads onto a private patio furnished with a table and chairs. Facing West, you can enjoy the sun over the adjacent courtyard until well into the early evening, perhaps enjoying a spot of supper as you plan your next adventure!. Another thing worth remembering here is that this condo is on the lake side of the resort, which means that to the rear of the unit is Oakwater Lake, and the walking trail from which this home gets it's name. It is a fantastic feature, quite unique for resorts in this area, and one that hundreds of guests have enjoyed as they take a stroll and observe nature and engage their senses. To the front of the property is the entry way, which leads to a flight of stairs that you would have to negotiate to get to the second floor where the living space is. We mention that in the name of full disclosure as those who have difficulty with stairs may not find this condo a good fit. For everyone else though it is a great option and has many things to recommend it, not least of which is a private one car garage and a driveway to park your car! Disney Trail has been incredibly popular over the years and really would be an excellent choice for all the family, from those who want superb resort style amenities, to families just looking to relax. I couldnt connect to the wifi because the network name provided was never in the network list on device. The king bed was very comfortable. We travel with a lot of our own kitchen stuff, including coffee makers, and use our iPads for entertainment. Nevertheless, the kitchen was well-equipped for a couple and as others have mentioned, there are a few coffee makers for you to choose from. I think the TV was new but we didn’t use it except to turn it on for background music. The bathrooms were great and you could tell that the toilet that previous reviewers had mentioned, had been replaced.It is probably time for a good carpet cleaning / steaming to work on some of the spills but otherwise it had been vacuumed.Property management got back to us quickly when we had questions. ##### Helen C. The complex is small & walkable to the club house & clean, everyone we met were friendly. The Walmart is just a walk away & so convenient. Our particular condo has a few things that could be addressed. The living room has a large carpet stain, outdoor furniture is not comfortable at all- blinds in the smaller guest room are broke ( you can use your hands to open & close) the laundry closet door is off the hinges. I bought & left pizza pans, measuring cups & spoons. A 9x13 pan & a crock pot would be greatly appreciated. But, it truly is a nice property & an easy to navigate place. ##### Val F. It didn't impact my trip but as I explained to them in the email this definitely should be addressed with their cleaning crew.I would still stay here again, it was easily accessible and close to where we were volunteering. ##### Shannon T. Neighborhood was very quiet. Unit was clean and response with one minor problem we had was handled quickly and efficiently. If you want to cook a lot I would pack a few pans. They had everything from pots and pans to a crib and high chair for babies. The pool was amazing, it has a walk in part and a spa. Stayed here for 13 nights and managed to do everything we wanted as the location is just perfect for all commutes. The property is as described and in great condition. The complex was nice and quiet. Communication with the owners was good and most of all the place was clean and neat. I loved the bed, my husband did not but everyone is different. It was nice that the owners provided trial size shampoo & conditioner and basic necessities to get by. I only gave 4 stars and would have given more except the master bedroom cable tv was not working and we had to change one box for the other leaving the other bedroom without tv. I really wish they had a kitchen sink sponge since I like to clean up after any mess. Otherwise, for the price and area it was perfect for us. Thank you to the owners. ##### Carol B. Great communication with property manager ahead of and during our stay. We arrived to find a broken toilet seat and it was replaced right away. We also reported a wasp nest outside the front door and it was gone the next time we looked. The location is close to Disney parks and walking distance from Walmart - both super convenient. The description of condo is accurate. It’s a safe, gated community. Pool is great! Wish the condo provided pool towels. Good value for the money and a terrific base camp to launch a Disney World vacation. We had a blast! ##### Kristina L. The unit was comfortable, pool was wonderful, and the grounds were beautiful and clean. Our unit had a broken toilet seat in the master bath, the master bath was not cleaned properly and had hair in the shower. I tried to contact the management twice to have the problems corrected. The single bed’s definitely need the mattresses renewing as they were lumpy and creaky. Location for Disney parks was perfect, we used Uber and it was approx 12 dollars each way. One in small bedroom with twin beds was only TV with service, however that room was of no use to us. Mentioned it to check-in site and was told to contact owner.
