"Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have...

"The house was great for our group of 16 guests! Endless towels and plenty of kitchen utensils. Located close to a Sam’s Club and Walmart, about 15-20 mins to the strip. Had a few minor issues but the host was in constant contact and able to quickly address. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group!"

"The property is a little run down compared to the pictures. The sofa was cloth and worn enough that we did not use it. Property was close, but not exactly what we expected from the pictures. Furniture and carpet seemed a little worn."

"I upgraded to a suite and it was not to a suite liking. There was mold on the ceiling. There was dust all over when I went in the room! I’ve not ever stayed anywhere like this ever in my life and will not be going back at all! They also kept my deposit and tried to charge me still after I told them there was mold in the room! "

"The Marriott was in a good location, plus the venue had nice options such as two pools and a fitness center. Our apartment was lovely and included everything we needed for our stay."

"One of the best things about this property is the view - on the 23rd floor looking over the entire Las Vegas Strip! Just a few minute drive to the strip, Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, the Sphere, and so much more. The owner is easy to communicate with. Staying here is like staying in a hotel, but without the hassle of having to walk through the casino and other loud and smokey public areas. We enjoyed our stay."

"We arrived at 11pm at night to a full lobby which was weird. Come to find out our rooms were not ready. Its 11pm!! They gave us a room at Mandalay Bay, which was nice, but I had 2 queens for my grown boys in the original booking. The hallway smelled like marijuana really bad. Our trip was short and very busy. We didn’t know if we were staying or leaving. Then I didn’t want to move because it was such a pain!! As my family was in an escape room I get call that I have until 6 to move to Delano. I...

"We did not get the two connecting suites we paid for. It took over an hour to sort our non connecting rooms and they were not as advertised. "

"Property wasn't bad overall. It was in a very central location and had lots of activities to do. It was kind of an old property with a classic flair."

"I had never stayed at a hotel so quick in service and the beds were amazing!! We stayed in a Villa and it was Beautiful, like our own mini apartment "

"The room was comfortable and clean, and located right on the strip-right on the middle. However, it is not easy to find, or to know where to go to check in once you have located to property. A little inconvenience for a larger room. Could use some updating for sure! With that all said, now knowing where it is, how to get there and expecting the outdated interior I would stay again. Location, location, location! "
