The gentleman helping us pulled out a map and said you booked a room by the golf course but we have upgraded you to a room by the tennis courts. We thanked him for the offer but declined and said we would prefer the room we selected during booking. The man excused himself and came back with a manager, Natalie. We asked Natalie who gave us the upgrade and she said she didn't know but the new room was...
