Night time view from the spa was amazing and very relaxing. Ample room for everyone, very spacious. Only issues which was communicated is as follows: One of the family room lounges needs some upholstery work due to the cushioning being heavily worn. "We stayed for 4 night for our wedding with our 2 small dogs. The house was nice and clean with everything we needed and very secure with a lockable front gate plus side gate to keep the dogs out of the front area while we were out. We had a warm welcome card waiting for us too. Karyn was always available if we needed any infomation and it was just a lovely home to stay in. :)"

"We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "
