“Disappointed the waterpark was closed. Everything further was excellent”
Outstanding Hotel with excellent service
“Good hotel, great manager but pool hours very limited”
During my stay I lost my wedding ring and GM, Duane, was very helpful in alerting and mobilizing help for me. I found the ring among my own belongings (Duh!) but the hotel was great about it anyways. One thing about our stay: the pool has life guards and maybe that's why it's hours aren't very long. Be aware that it doesn't open until AFTER checkout in the morning. Get there in time to swim in the evening or be prepared not to be able to use it at all.
“Undergoing reno but still good to go”
Pool etc. was shut down but room was nice, no "non-chain" restaurants in walking distance but if you are up to Montana;s, Boston Pizza etc. there are some chains. Hotels own rest? closed 1 1/2 hours before the sign said so no service there late night. If you have a car this is a nice hotel. If not....
“Good family hotel”
We stayed at the ramada over the christmas weekend.The rooms were clean and the front desk helpful when we needed to get directions in Lethbridge. The breakfast was good with quite a decent number of choices and a clean dining place. My daughter enjoyed the pools and water slides. the only thing negative I have to say about the place would be the few number of inflatable tubes to use in the water park. Overall a good stay and would not hesitate to go back again.
“Holiday Inn Lethbridge”
Overall, very good, except non continental breakfast. Even a little something before you hit the road would have been nice rather than having to stop else where to get a bite in the morning. Aside from that, cannot complain as the room was great, very clean, water park was fun, workout room looked pretty good, but didn't have time to try it out. Bed was a little soft for my own preference.
“above average price, below average hotel”
way over priced, hotel had no dinning facility, or bar. Disapointing considering the price.
“It used to be Ramada”
The hotel was named other before & now it is Holiday Inn. room & everything re-done but there is no free breakfast. or coffee & internet signal is not strong enough. Only good thing is the price compare to other side of Holiday Inn.
“close to the college”
Close to the college on the southern edge of town with all the box stores No breakfast, Mikes steak house is attached however. Asked for a late check out and hotel lost the request so maids banging on the door every half hour
