"The staff and service were amazing. Food quality was excellent. The only issue I faced was that the AC was too loud in the sweet I had. This noise affected my sleep. We had to turn it off from time to time to switch between getting cool air and staying quite for sometimes. Other than that the hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food and everything else was awesome. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who is looking for a nice vacation in Sharm The l Sheikh."

"Grounds were well kept and clean. Property was stunning, not tacky like some older hotels. Very aesthetic and modern. Food at buffet was great. Italian Al a carte restaurant wasn’t our favorite. Save time and just stick with the buffet. Went on 6 dives over the span of 3 days. Had a different instructor each time and they were all great. Staff was super accommodating and always offered a helping hand with anything we needed: Loved our experience here! "

"We had a lovely time at the hotel where we spent 2 weeks. The location is superlative, few minutes from all the key attractions in Sharm. We enjoyed the restaurants, the food and we want to send a special thank to Ashraf, the "pizza man". "We normally go to Jaz Dahabya, but this hotel is much better, you have bath in the shower which you don't have in Jaz, location is better and the surfing club in the hotel beach (Vetratoria) is exellent. "

"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. "My family and I really enjoyed Safir in Dahab. It is not the typical five-star looking hotel that you would expect, but it totally made my experience a 5-star hotel. The staff are the best.
