From the moment we arrived and were checked in on a sofa with a cool towel and a glass of champagne to our last coffee and excellent pastry, the experience was exceptional. The staff are outstanding, the suite spacious and spotlessly clean, the selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pool service amazing. Apart from one bad meal in the Salt (fish/seafood restaurant) and a toaster in the main restaurant which was broken...

"The hotel was very clean and loved the proximity to the beach. I was concerned about the safety of the beach but they thought of everything and we felt extremely safe. The only improvement is the Wi-Fi. Not a deal breaker at all because they offered entertainment every night. It felt a lot like being on a cruise. "

Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able. The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room.
