"I had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel Seoul. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very kind. The area was perfect for my first time in Seoul as the hotel is nearby many attractions, shops, and close to public transit (if you need it!)."

"Very friendly staff and great location! Within 10 minute walk of the nearest station and food/shopping options. Other popular sites like the palaces are within a 30 minute walk. Also very easy to call a taxi to this location. We had a problem with the bathroom and the staff was extremely responsive and sent someone to repair immediately. Highly recommend!"

"I chose the hotel due to its location and proximity to public transportation and sites of interest. That is exactly what I got. The room on arrival was clean and provided all basic essentials. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, the pressure of the shower was slow flowing and in some areas of the hotel there is a smell that smells like bad sewage issues. This might well be the case as we were advised not to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl and into the bin provided."
