Close to the center of Bridgton which has cool little shops and a few restaurants. This rental is on a main road but we barely heard any traffic from cars and trucks driving by. "We were two families visiting for a long weekend. Mark and Sara's home was set up perfectly for us, with a nice big common space and plenty of beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the sun set over Crystal Lake. The house was very clean, and Mark was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay, immediately responding to any questions we had. The house is close to shops and restaurants in Harrison and Bridgton, and Crystal Lake is lovely and peaceful....

"This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp."

Which we picked up ourselves. The were many different conflicting instructions on what not to do and what to do in regards to heat, water, dishwasher (there is no dishwasher), but there were pods for one? Otherwise, we had fun.
