"It was a beautiful cottage, super clean and cosy, great for families and pet friendly. It’s a couples of blocks from the beach and the golf cart that was in the property was not included in the rent so we couldn’t use it, which was very disappointing. Other than that we had a great stay, in a beautiful quiet area."

"We had an excellent stay at LUV by the sea. Everything with the house was great. It was an easy walk to the beach and the cart provided was a huge help in carrying down all of our chairs and toys. We took the short drives over to Seaside and Rosemary for dinners. We also utilized the bikes to ride down to Rosemary as well. Overall, this house worked great for our two families."

"This was the perfect little house for our week long vacation with our 4 mo old son. The two bed/ two bath was the perfect space. We spent most of our time on the back deck grilling and overlooking the pool and the beach was a 5 minute walk and very easy to access. Would recommend Dillon's if you prefer to rent chairs at the beach but Jason has some sand chairs and umbrellas for use. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again."

"I want to start off by saying that we had a good time and the property is fine. It could be so much better though! Really just needs some TLC. Pressure washing and paint along with some repair on the deck would go along way. I think my biggest complaint is that I did not realize the master bedroom was a converted garage. All three of the bedrooms are on the basement level and just feels very disconnected from the rest of the house. The pool area was very nice. The kitchen was very very small,...
