"Small, modest and comfortable inside. Quiet but near the crowded “in” places if you want to visit them (Alys, Rosemary, etc.). Good beach access that’s close, almost right across the street, and not crowded at all (even on spring break) which is nice. The tub drained slowly and was not addressed during our stay. The outside (yard and drive) could easily be improved."

"We loved our stay in 30A. The location was perfect, only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for those prioritizing quick beach access. We went during Memorial Weekend and were easily able to get a front row beach spot. Perfect house and location for those looking for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"We all loved this house! Ryan might be the quickest replying host we've ever had. The house was so close to the private beach and we loved the private pool when the kids were napping or if we wanted more shade. The AC worked amazingly and having the patio was a huge plus. We loved grilling on the grill and having plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 infants. We all said we’d look up this house again when we come back!"

"It was in a great location, easy to get to all the little communities and easy access to the beach. Spent a lot of nights on the back porch playing games. The house was clean and comfortable and big bonus dog friendly."

"Probably one of the best single home beach rentals we have had. Great location with a quick bike ride to Alys or Rosemary. Two blocks to the beach with a private entrance so not crowded like the beaches closer to town. House was clean and well maintained. Four bikes provided which save you money. Full complement of chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more provided. You should bring some beach towels. Kitchen was very good and operational. Flatware and china matched which sounds small but better...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Flirty Flamingo. Access to the beach was easy especially with the bikes that are onsite. Beach chairs were plentiful along with an umbrella. The screened in porch was our favorite place to hang out for morning coffee and evening desserts and games or just listening to music. Our dog loved the porch as well. A nice clean place to relax and unwind."

"Wonderful location and great home. It could use a deep dusting though. That was our only concern! Everything else was wonderful and we had a great time. The management company provided lots of extras that we weren’t expecting like dish soap and shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, 2 beach towels, and 2 travel coffee mugs, and we were so delighted. They responded quickly to any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again."
