"We had a fantastic stay in Rosemary Beach. The carriage house was the BEST location! Directly on the little path/boardwalk to the "E" walkover to the beach (about a one minute walk to beach) and just a few quick blocks to the adorable downtown area with tons of great restaurants/shopping/etc. Parking on street but we never had an issue getting a spot directly in front. There was also a gorgeous pool a few blocks away. Loved having bikes available and we used them a lot! Unit was beautifully...

"Overall, it was an amazing experience and property. You are steps away from the beach and also from the retail area. I would say that the check-in instructions are a little confusing and a little more detail would be helpful. Also, if someone is staying at the main house and parking in front of the garage, if the vehicle is larger, it can block access to the carriage house garage. Overall an amazing space and place to stay."

Shawn was very committed to making sure that everything was easy and comfortable, from the easy check in, to the clean comfortable house, and always willing to help, but thankfully everything was ready, and didn't need anything. Having two bikes was also great, we could ride to the fitness center and all the community pools, which we loved. We would rent this property, or the main house again! The only improvements we would suggest are (1) the bed in the cottage house could be replaced. (2) It would be nice to have two beach chairs at the house so that...
