Paradise Found 30A is a multi family, luxury vacation home designed for all ages. The home boasts 7 ½ spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, 3 living areas, a chef's kitchen and unrivaled outdoor space. The open concept living room creates a spectacular experience by creating an indoor/outdoor concept by sliding the glass doors flush into the wall, opening to the outdoor space. 2 separate dining areas accommodate the need for adult seating and child/teen seating. The upstairs includes a suite with it's own living room, perfect for parents with children or a mother-in-law suite. The second floor boasts a luxury kids living room, complete with ample seating, ping pong, TV and dedicated snack bar with refrigerator. LOCATION: The home is located between the most attractive areas on the coveted East end of 30A. The HUB, Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest and Kaia are all within 1-2 miles of the home and are easy to access by walking or biking. These areas boast outstanding restaurants, activities and gathering areas to enjoy the best of the 30A lifestyle. BEACH ACCESS: The home is 4 houses back from a beautiful private, deeded beach access. There is always plenty of room and space at this beach access. The beach access itself is called Seabreeze and can be seen in pictures with the listing. The distance is approximately 100 yards or under a 5 minute walk. \*\*\*Recently there have been articles and some upset guests noting some of the beach has been privatized, which has limited guests space. Our beach access is quite wonderful and is completely unaffected. You can expect plenty of space and no overcrowding. The outdoor space is one of the premiere pool and entertaining areas on 30A. Walk from your living room directly into the zero entry, salt water, infinity edge, heated pool. A large hot tub and sun shelf accompany the pool to create a serene and relaxing environment. The zero entry feature, complete with bubblers and shooting jets is perfect for entertaining for babies and young children. Guests will enjoy a dedicated "adults only" section of the pool that hosts 5 sunken barstools, and a sunken bench seat that sits next to the cabana and TV area. The barstool area has pavers that overhang to allow for resting drinks or even eating dinner! Families will enjoy the beautiful outdoor kitchen with built in grill, beautiful outdoor dining area. The covered cabana area creates an atmosphere worthy of the name "Paradise Found". Relax on the comfy swing bed and watch your family enjoy the pool or sit in one of 4 swivel chairs that can interact with guests in the pool or in prime position to watch your favorite sports team. Walk down to the "active lawn" to experience the water plunging over the pool while you play corn hole, bocce ball mind or simply relax and read a book. The exotic palms, banana leaf trees and other tropical landscape complete the experience of true relaxation in enjoying your hard earned vacation. Paradise Found 30A is outfitted with every amenity you can imagine. From the moment you drive up, the garage is outfitted with a charger dedicated to electric vehicles (EV). Hop in the 6 seater golf cart and take a leisurely drive down to Seaside or the HUB to watch a game. 6 adult YOLO bikes and 4 kid YOLO bikes are included to visiting your favorite area convenient. You'll also find a variety of water toys including 2 kayaks, a smaller kayak, stand up paddle board and Hobie Boards. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, and a beach wagon are also provided to maximize the fun and minimize the effort. The kitchen is fully stocked for the passionate chefs. This includes gorgeous tableware, wine glasses, extra large cookware, crockpot, 12 piece coffee and espresso station, etc. In addition, creature comforts are incorporated throughout the home such as blankets and fans in each bedroom and a Sonos sound system in the kitchen/living room. CONVENIENCE: The home is conveniently 1 mile from a main North/South road (Watersound Parkway) that provides immediate access Highway 98, which allows the ability to travel East towards Panama City Beach or West, towards Destin. We are absolutely thrilled to announce there has also been a huge development built at the intersection of Watersound Parkway and Highway 98 (approximately 2 or 3 miles from the house). The development includes a new Publix which has a pharmacy and liquor store, a charming open air gathering spot used for Farmers Market and other family entertainment and plenty of new casual and high end restaurants. Babies/Small Children- The mid level suite over the garage let's parents "get away" from the active areas of the home. It allows parents to have a sleeping and living room connected to their bedroom that is all private to the rest of the home. Young children will also enjoy bunk rooms outfitted with USB ports for any technology. The zero entry pool includes a "splash pad" with guzzlers and fountain jets that shoot water up; perfect for infants or small children. 2 Pack N Plays also provided. Teens- Bedrooms with 2 double beds each have been dedicated to teens who need space sleeping. The upstairs living room allows teen's to have a dedicated space to watch TV, eat snacks, play games or relax on their private upstairs patio, complete with swing bed. Of course the teens will also enjoy all of the outdoor space. The large pool, hot tub, covered cabana and active lawn will keep your teens busy for days. The quick access to the beach gives peace of mind they are not too far away. Adults- Every bedroom includes a king bed, luxury mattress and sheets and it's own ensuite bathroom. Luxury details surround the home inside and out, creating a sense of a true luxury vacation. The removable walls that create an indoor/outdoor living area create a seamless environment transitioning from the living room to your outdoor oasis. Find a remote spot to take a nap, watch a football game while sitting in the pool getting served burgers. Jump in the golf cart for a night out to dinner. Whatever your desire is, Senior Guests- The home has been built to accommodate senior guests throughout the property. The side door by the garage provides a ramp (No Steps) to access the home. Multiple bedrooms are located on the main level to allow unobstructed maneuverability to the kitchen and living room. Senior guests can also easily access the outdoor areas and have multiple shaded areas to partake in and enjoy all of the family activities. The house design provided both privacy and great gathering spaces. Pool area was like a mini resort. You will love this vacation house and Jason’s accommodating service adds a level of comfort. We have 8 grown children and 7 grandchildren. The house is as amazing as the pictures and very close walk to the beach. We used to stay in Rosemary beach but the traffic has gotten so bad, it's not easy with children. The neighborhood here was quiet and easy to have kids on bikes and scooters. It was very clean, the kitchen was complete with everything needed for any kind of meal. I had my grown kids and mostly grown grandkids, one is going into high school this year. We stayed at the pool area which truly is a Resort. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. I could go on and on but I think you get the picture. The amount of space inside as well as outside is incredible. We never felt crowded, even when all 13 were in the pool at the same time. The house is gorgeously decorated and the beds super comfy. It is a perfect house for large groups of all ages with plenty of space to get away for some peace and quiet too. It was only a short walk to the beach, so close we never even used the golf cart to get there. We highly recommend staying at Paradise Found. ##### Deanna A. Every room was not only gorgeous but comfortable as well. The pool had to be our favorite part of the house. It was huge and had so many amazing features. Our group of 14, ranging from ages 6-72, all had the most incredible time. The house, area, proximity to the beach, and so much more made for the best vacation we could have ever imagined! This included 14 adults- everyone had a lovely room and bathroom. Easy access to the beach with all needed chairs, toys and umbrellas. The pool was one of the biggest highlights for the family including plenty of shaded area. The host was so helpful with my questions. We can’t say enough good things about Paradise Found. All of us loved the house. It exceeded most rentals in the detail provided to ensure a great stay. We appreciated the beach toys for the kids, the bikes for adults and the golf cart. The pool is such fun for all ages - the water features step it up from most pools. The very short walk (maybe 5 minutes at the most) to the beach was super easy and not the least deterrence to going to the beach. You have to cross 30A but there is a well marked cross walk and people are super considerate and stop right away. It felt like a fun procession of the family to the beach. We preferred this location to beachfront. The house is super quiet even during spring break and we all slept very well. The beds and linens are very comfortable. Jason was extremely helpful and responsive. You won't find a better host. We definitely plan to return as soon as we can. Thank you for providing a place for precious family memories! ##### Joy R. The house is amazing and our family loved the heated pool and spa - even in January! The furnishings are all comfortable and top notch. The gourmet kitchen was well stocked. The house was absolutely stunning & we were shocked that every room looked much bigger in person than in photos (which is always a great surprise!!) This property has so much charm & all of our guests were very impressed! The pool is beautiful & there are plenty of things to do at the house alone. The beach access was right across the street & we enjoyed being able to take the bikes & golf cart around to see the area. We used the kayaks & paddle board provided in the garage & had a blast at the beach. We are so excited to plan to stay here again hopefully soon! Jason was an awesome host & extremely accommodating to all of our questions & very responsive when needed. The guest guide provided every instruction you would ever need and more as well as a ton of recommendations for the area. It met all our needs. Big Kitchen, a bathroom for every bedroom and lots of outdoor space to spread out. I think the kids enjoyed the hot tub the most and then jumping into the pool. The swings were a hit as some of my kids want one. The double dishwasher was a lifesaver as well as the Double refrigerator! Everything was in great condition and we had a great time. It was a close bike ride to Rosemary and Alys Beach and a short walk across the street to the beach. The adult kids loved the golf cart as well! We had so much fun making wonderful memories! The house is wonderful and has everything you need. Great for a large family vacation as the house spreads out the rooms nicely. The patio, pool and hot tub are super nice. The patio allows you to hang out in the sun or sit in the shade easily. Easy access to the beach including a 6 person golf cart, bikes, coolers, umbrellas, plenty of towels.
