"Excellent hotel. Great location - short walk along the beach to downtown. Brilliant pools and hot top. We had balcony sea view. Really nice to sit out at night and look up at the stars. The only feedback I would give the hotel concerns breakfast. It could be more varied - sausage and egg everyday for a four day stay is a bit much. Otherwise, excellent hotel. Would stay again and would recommend."

"A 100-yr-old hotel with character and revolving door. Our room was facing the beautiful hills. There was a refrigerator but NOT a microwave. Our room was facing the nosey BROADWAY street so next time we'll request a room on the other side. In my opinion the carpet in the room needs to be replaced with something other than carpet but, again, that's my opinion. Something VERY IMPORTANT: A block away from the hotel we found "The Garden Mediterranean Restaurant" with the MOST AMAZING FOOD. We will stay there again. "

"Loved our stay! The hotel staff was very helpful and the property / rooms were clean and comfortable. The only issue I saw were that a lot of the slot machines were out of order, broken, buttons missing, screens shattered (due to people aggressively hitting them). It wasn’t the casinos fault but a shame that so many machines were not even useable. "
