For example the wash machine damaged some of my clothing; I discovered the filter is clogged with calcium deposits and needs to be replaced. The city water is cut almost every day and had to use the emergency reserve in the tank. However, some of these things are not under the control of the host. "Check in process was easy. Area is so quiet, it’s a nice break from the hussle of the city so this is definitely more of a quiet retreat. I wish I would’ve stayed more than one night. I was a bit bummed that it was so foggy when we checked in, but thankfully to our surprise it cleared up in the morning and we got the beautiful volcano view! It’s breathtaking and feels surreal. Restaurant staff was not very attentive during the lunch/dinner time, but breakfast was a better experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of breakfasts included in the price. I will definitely be coming back!"
