Hotel bem localizado.

Posted 19-Feb-2015
Pros: Bem localizado.

Terrible hotel in Union Square

Posted 16-Feb-2015
Terrible experience during our 3 day stay. Please read: we had several issues: 1) Room had no AC (one of the 3 days I was sweating while getting dressed. 2) Staff at front desk was not helpful. Let me explain. We reserved a shuttle prior to our departure. I had to call to push the time back due to our flight being delayed. The receptionist, Robert wasn't too thrilled. We didn't have our confirmation number on us whole touring the city, and he question me by saying, " what was I thinking not having our ticket on us." He said things like: " I feel you, and nahh I can't help you without a number." To say the least there was no professionalism. 3) Their "continental" breakfast was not really a breakfast. It was located in a storage room, and contained only muffins/breads and bags of one-minute oatmeal. 4) Their only elevator was out of order during some time 5) The shuttle service to airport is almost as expensive as a Uber and twice as long in time. 6) Complimentary offer to the lounge next door was false. We were charged a cover. Oh yea last thing since there was no AC we kept our window open, which wasn't a peaceful experience when trying to sleep, due to numerous ambulances, and police sirens going off all night long.

Good location, comfortable stay

Posted 14-Feb-2015
I stayed at Hotel Fusion for 3 nights in early Feb. Its location is excellent, right next to Powell Street and Market Street, and a host of public transport options (including the cable cars). It also feels reasonably safe, unlike certain other areas in SF. While the building is old, the hotel's interior is well-furnished. I had a twin-bed room which was small but comfortable. The in-room safe was a little fiddly. As some other reviewers mentioned, the walls seem to be a little thin, but that didn't affect me that much. Booking the airport shuttle was fuss-free, and cost only $15.

Perfect little boutique hotel

Posted 7-Feb-2015
Pros: Location, Cleanliness
Location: Close to muni and Powell st cable cars. Close to Union Square Shopping.
In the heart of Union Square, I was pleasantly surprised with the location. Central to Union Square and convenient to public transportation, Hotel Fusion was a perfect choice for a single female traveler. The room was what you would expect for a small boutique hotel, but perfectly adequate and clean. The breakfast was primarily bread products, but free. Coffee was good. The staff was quite nice, and offered help whenever requested. Not a full scale concierge. As I walked the city for 9 days, I ran across other hotels I had considered, and was happy I had chose the Fusion.

Location is convenient

Posted 3-Feb-2015
Pros: Location & cleanliness
Housekeeping is very efficient. Domestic staff are friendly. Noises from next rooms were disturbing as well as the noise from the water pipes. Front desk staff are quite helpful except for one very arrogant male staff who speaks with arrogance and sarcasm.

Great location and Price

Posted 29-Jan-2015
Pros: Location and price
Cons: Parking was an issue, but manageable.
Location: Downtown San Francisco at your fingertips
If you are visiting San Francisco and wish to be in middle of the city this is the place to be. The location and price are wonderful, but please don't expect luxury amenities. However, I will state that the room was extremely clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Upon leaving the hotel you are right smack in the middle of Union Square so a great tourist benefit. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Great location, homey, a little worn down

Posted 22-Jan-2015
Pros: Price, location, staff
Cons: breakfast
The breakfast is like a broom closet with shiny pastries, coffee, and bread. Rooms are nice, but it got a little warm/stuffy. It's definitely worth the price though. Random mini TVs by elevator and CD player in room. Overall decor is homey Valet is convenient while in the city. Friendly staff and easy check in/out. Cute!
