“Great Staff! Great Location!”

This hotel was awesome! My boyfriend and I were in San Francisco for a week. The hotel was super easy to get to b/c it was about a block from the BART station, the cable car and the historic street cars. The continental breakfast was simple but convenient. It was set up on each floor and consisted of juice, coffee, muffins, croissants, toast and oranges/apples. The staff was always friendly and eager to offer advice about the city. Our room was clean and decorated in a modern decor. There was a client appreciation gathering with complimentary wine and champagne one afternoon. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in San Francisco.

“Can't beat it”

I just got back from a 5 day stay at the Fusion. Upon arriving I was greeted by extremely friendly and efficient staff. My reservation was ready and the room was exactly as promised. The room was a bit small but it was spotless and everything worked perfectly. There is free wireless in the hotel lobby and wired access in each room. This is something other hotels in the area charge $9.00 - $15.00 per day so the price is even better for this hotel! The location was perfect and it was not too noisy. I stayed in other hotels in the area including the Westin that were noisier. I would definitely go back and stay here again next time I am in San Fran.

“Great place to Stay”

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fusion. The room is very clean and modern, the staff helpful, the location is very central and in a safe area and the price is really good. In the room, there's coffee/tea making facilities, ironing board, hair dryer, small fridge, small safe, flat screen TV and the sheets and towels are very soft and fluffy. Hotel comes with free breakfast - coffee, hot chocolate, juices, muffins, croissants, bread, butter/jam. The hotel is so close to a big mall (Westfield Mall) which has a nice food court, Information Center, BART train station, Muni subway station and bus stops and lots of shopping (Union Square).

“Great Hotel, Great Location”

Hotel Fusion was a great hotel with a great location. Newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit small...but who goes on holiday to spend time in their room? Continental breakfast was good food, no hot food though. Overall great hotel. Location was perfect for heading to any direction of the city. I fully would recommend anyone staying here.

“Awesom location!”

My husband and I stayed there for a week from June 24 - July 1, 2009. The location is perfect, a block away from transportation and all amenities. Our room was the king deluxe and it was fantastic. It was very large and very clean. Great deal for the price we paid. Breakfast was meager - muffins, fruit, juice, coffee, bagel and toast. The fans in the room kept things cool as well as the open window, but that can be loud with street noise as Ellis St. is busy. Would stay at this hotel again!

A small but excellent hotel, reasonablly priced, in an amazing location if you want to be in the centre of it all! Staff very friendly and helpfull. Continental breakfast just adequate but enought to get you started for the day. Definately would return to Hotel Fusion.

“Nice Hotel close to everything”

I like this hotel as it has convenient location as well as helpful class. Room is clean and everything in order. Hotel appear to be safe and breakfast is fine although same everyday.

“Wonderful Experience”

We stayed at the Fusion in early October 07. Went online before and found this hotel by reading reviews. So glad we found it! We are happy to suggest this hotel to others for the following reasons: It was extremely clean (spotless), comfortable, and the decor was new and modern. The staff were friendly and provided us with suggetions on what to see and how to get around. The front desk has great maps, etc. This location is wonderful! Great if you want to shop, eat, check out the trollies, and the pubs. **incredible shopping nearby!** Regarding the hotel rooms, I was pretty impressed that although this hotel is older, it has been completely rennovated and is 100% wheelchair accessable. Our whole room (including the washroom) was fully equipped for anyone who has special needs. The Fusion also leaves complementary RUSK haircare products and lotions which were really nice. I liked the fact they didn't use the typical "cheapo" shampoos etc. that are typically used by hotels. The room also has a safe, and a fridge (fully stocked) and the Fusion leaves a large and very tempting basket of snacks and candy. This neighborhood is absolutely safe. There is an area called tenderloin which you don't want to go into, but it is several blocks away. You can't go wrong if you stay at this hotel. There is no reason to spend a fortune on a really expensive hotel - the Fusion was a really great stay.
