"When we stay in San Felipe, we always choose this hotel. The room we request is fully wheelchair accessible, with parking right outside the door, so loading / unloading is easier. The 4 stars for "area around the property" is this reason: The location is downtown, a block from the beach/ Malecon. Main streets are busy and loud most of the time, so if you're looking for a quiet stay, you'd be choosing much further away from the town's central activities and festivals. NOTE: They do have parking lot security, so it's safe"

"The property itself is very quaint. It’s pretty clean around the grounds considering it has a lot of people coming through for quick stop overs. The room was quite clean. Beds are comfortable, a/c works very well, and it is spacious. The one issue being that the wifi didn’t work at all in our room. We did purchase google if so that saved us, but if you are in a need of wifi you can go outside of your room. Otherwise a decent place to stay right off of the ocean. "
