“Clean and classy”

Elegant and very clean lobby; very considerate personnel; spacious clean and stylish room. Two minuses: although large, not much counter space in the bathroom (too much of an antique look at the expense of functionality) and the WIFI not free.

Great hotel, fantastic and helpful staff, very impressed with the ammenities the hotel offers. The health club could have a few more machines, but otherwise it was an awesome stay.

“Great Experience”

This hotel was the best location to Eastman University. The hotel is in walking distance which was excellent. The staff at the hotel went above the call of duty to answer questions and help us in any way they could. The room was comfortable. I would highly recommeng this hotel for anyone who has business in downtown Rochester.
