"We stayed one week in mid-May. This was the most private, beautifully outfitted cabin we've ever booked. Owners were wonderful. The only negative is that the listing says it "overlooks" a noisy trout stream. It does not overlook the creek because the creek is down a steep completely foliaged (lots of poison ivy and unnavigable brush) drop-off and is totally inaccessible and not even visible. We were very disappointed about this; the listing also says that one can walk to the end of the driveway...

"What a wonderful home!! Stunning views, great location/dock for all sorts of water activities (really enjoyed the kayaking), and the house had everything you could possibly want. Plus the host is amazing! Had the place decked out for my sister’s birthday celebration - what a warm and welcoming surprise. And the host (Amy) was incredibly helpful and accommodating. "Stayed in home for a four day weekend just to get away. Like others have said there is no cell service at cabin with either Verizon or AT&T but you can turn WiFi calling on your phone and still make and receive phone calls and text messages. We loved having the creek right outside the door. My lab played in it every day. Overall cleanliness was good. Did have a couple of issues that addressed with the owner and she responded immediately.
