Clean hotel, safe and quiet neighborhood, and good breakfast. When they turn lobby into dinner/bar they will play loud music late into the night. Perfect location to walk to sites, restaurants, and bus stops #1 and #4 for pick up/drop off with tour bus.

Good stay.
Good location. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly, work extra hard, constantly on the go during breakfast. Parking is street parking, which may involve some navigating if coming later at night. Twin sofa bed very tight. Lodging in Iceland is usually spotless, so dust under tables, bed surprising. Some mould in shower. Would recommend if you want a downtown location.
