This hotel is self check-in. My reservation said "Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival." There was no staff to be found. Ever. 20 minutes on the phone with India help desk to get an email with a room reservation and door code. At the time we arrived (May 2), electricians were doing work, so none of the building doors were locked (which was fine with me as it was raining). This was apparently when they were installing the touchscreen pad outside the main door that would (presumably) have allowed me to get help without having to call on my phone. Housekeeping was non-existent. We were there 3 nights and our room was never touched, so the "daily housekeeping" as advertised is false. I saw something about putting a card on the door handle to ask for housekeeping, but there was no card. Shower could not be on full blast or else the bathroom would quickly flood. However, the bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the towel warmer worked. (Also -- bring your own hairdryer.)
