"Had some trouble and workers tried deducting my deposit at the end of the stay. Blamed a broken handle on us until we told them to check their records and we indeed did not break it. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent variety throughout the week. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I wish the temperature control worked better. It was either too hot or too cold. The pool was disappointing as it requires some additional cleaning on the deck, and the pool floor is quite badly chipped. The splash features didn’t work and towels weren’t always available (the washing machines broke down). The hotel had two elevators but only one was working...
