"The lo location is reasonably good, but is about 20 min walk from the metro stop. The unit it self was great on the 27th floor great views and nice layout. "The service is really bad, my worst experience in living in a hotel.The reception shows impatient to their customers. Moreover, they said they didn't received the money about i paid at hotels.com and asked me to pay 3000yuan deposit when i checked out. Until now, a week after my stay, i haven't received i deposit back, and they said they will call me when they give back my deposit; i have't receive any call from them. "Lovely hotel. Nice touches in the rooms with free coke and sprite and water in fridge every day. Slippers and soft dressing gowns. Lovely body wash ( different ones for morning and evening) and shampoo. Shower power was perfect. Comfy bed Breakfast was good lots of choice and styles of food. The outdoor area was gorgeous with superb views of the bund The area was fantastic. 10 minutes walk to Yuyan gardens and the historical area. 5 minutes from the metro. 15 minutes walk to the bund one way or peoples park the other way. Best location to stay in my opinion. Lovely friendly bar next door called chalet plus one side and a handy supermarket other side. Thankyou very much we really enjoyed our stay and recommend your lovely hotel "
