When I contacted Hotels.com, they called the hotel but as the staff could not speak English, he hung up on them. And Hotels.com did not have any Chinese speaker! Right in the Korean restaurant area, obviously caters for Chinese and Korean guests. Room was ok. Quite clean but a bit run down at the same time. Good to have a family mart downstairs.
