Especially the bellhops and the front desk staff. From carrying luggage to sorting deliveries, to the friendliness of the cleaning staff, the service cannot be faulted. Location is also central and has quick access to restaurants and the metro. The room itself is slightly dated but comfortable to stay. A bit of a distance from city centre, but metro station is a 2min walk and getting anywhere is very convenient. We had quite a long stay and overall it exceeded expectations.
