    Well kept and maintained 30 yr building in renowned Plaza Marina, a commercial & residential 4 story building with a shopping centre, restaurants, dentists & doctors offices, a super market on ground floor & residential units in the upper floors, ideally located on main boulevard in Marina Vallarta, across the Holiday Inn Express & a top hospital and between the One Hotel and Comfort Inn.

    On the main avenue, 2 blocks to the Marina piers, Starbucks, restaurants & airport.
    Unbeatable location!

    Guest have access to the entire 2 story Mexican bright & modern style condo with a private full bathroom with tube in every bedroom, with kitchenette and counter with 3 stools, WiFi, two of the bedrooms have TV with cable, two balconies and a terrace with a patio table & 4 chairs. Guest have access to the building´s common pool, hours 9:00 A.M. - 10:00 P.M. No life guard on duty.
    Master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with a queen size bed, both master & second bedroom on mid level and on the upper floor a third bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the main avenue, second bedroom has a balcony as well overlooking the avenue, no balcony on master bedroom.

    Individual air conditioning mini split units in all 3 bedrooms as well as ceiling fans.

    There are two flights of stairs inside the condo, children must not be left unattended.

    Retired Canadian and American couples live on building, please no loud noises around pool or after hours and decorum must be observed at all times. Usual condo & pool rules should be observed.
