First Time to Sousa
Excellent owner, outgoing in his communication and welcoming his renters. Provided recommendations for several excursions in the area. Provide transportation for the airport to his residences. I would “ Highly” suggest this Villa. Signed Retired US Army Soldier

Spacious and convenient
We had a nice stay in the villa! Very spacious for a family of 4 a great location half way between cabarete and Encuentro where we were spending our morning for surf! The house is nice and Richard, the manager was very helpful and available every time we need it. The house itself just need a little bit more love.. not a lot of plants in the garden for shades or outdoor furniture for dining , sheets were a little old I recommend to bring yours, and we bought some new pans and glasses since they were very old .. the pool was fantastic but is not gated and was a little dangerous if you have little one! I had to constantly monitor my one year old and not relaxing all the time! If they take care on this things it will be just perfect!

Un servicio bien malo llegué al lugar y en la anfitrión nunca contestó para darme la clave de la puerta y no pude entrar y vine desde Nueva York ahora estoy aquí y no sé dónde me voy a quedar porque no hay hoteles
