Only improvement would be changing the check in arrangements as you have to drive into the centre of Bournemouth first and there was very parking to collect the keys before driving onto the property. "This property is a lovely little cottage perfect for a couple or small family (max 4 people). It is in a great location in the old town of Poole, it is 1 minute from the harbour and restaurants. The cottage was very clean and very comfortable. The stairs are steep, as others have noted, but that wasn’t a problem for us and made the place even more charming."

"The property is well kept, clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed to feel we were home away from home. It was located within a quiet neighborhood. We stayed as a family of 6 to visit the area. Each room was spacious and inviting. We used it as our base to visit the surrounding area - Corfe Castle to Studland Bay. "The owner was incredibly helpful and we valued his knowledge of the surrounding area/facilities-he was also available if required. "You can't beat the location of Sandbanks hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. I would not go into the swimming pool again as I found it very difficult to get in and out via the awful metal steps. As most of the guests were elderly I doubt if any of them would use the pool.
