"Had a great stay - not sure for kids"
Went for spring break with my young kids ( 3 & 6) Scottsdale has so much for kids - from the kid's museum and Railroad park to all the parks and baseball. Picked this hotel because I liked the vibe online and wanted to get away from the resorts. Everyone was super nice. Food was a happy surprise - lots of healthy choices and gluten free choices for my son. However....this is a party hotel. Biggest deal with getting a room is getting access to the pool where everyone is drinking pretty hard. Music DJ playing loud during the afternoon. STILL...they gave us a room far enough away from the pool, were incredibly nice, and we had a great time. Did not spend that much time at the hotel. Rooms were big. Location really easy to walk into town. We had fun. Probably would not stay here again with little kids - but no regrets.

"Great location, near lots of restaurants and shops"
I especially loved the pool and hot tubs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The parking availability was okay, but there wasn't access into the hotel from the parking lot area. The proximity of the hotel to restaurants, bars and shops is awesome!

"Old Scottsdale visit"
Would stay here again. No negatives. Convenient location. Reasonable rates, food was included and good. Comfortable rooms. I had a business appointment all day, my wife didn't complain. An enormous first rate regional shopping center is a few blocks away that has everything.

"Convenient to Down Town Phoenix"
The Managers, husband wife, I believe were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was in town for an aviation convention and they provided directions and when my hip gave out did not hesitate do get me a taxi; a very pleasant stay and the rooms or at least my room was quite (windows closed of course) as there is a bus stop on the same corner.

"Great hotel with outstanding service"
This hotel features great customer service and comfort. There is a great atmosphere and restaurant (Gallo Blanco). This hotel has numerous amenities you would not necessarily expect - like a gym, roof top lounge and amazing pool area.

"Resort hotel in Scottsdale"
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was phenomenal (especially Andrea at the front desk and the bartender in the evenings (never got his name)). They were very accommodating - allowed us to use the resort before the room was ready (we landed at 8am) and let us stay all day after check-out to play tennis and relax by the pool. The pool was fantastic - salt water and 80 degrees. The tennis courts were in decent shape and free to use (we brought our own racquets). The room was great - much larger than expected and had a small kitchen w/ fridge to keep supplies. The only complaint was the mattress was too firm for my liking. We will be back and look forward to staying here again.
