“Great place to stay”
I grew up in Philly and this trip was a combination visit to Mom, anniversary tourist trip and some business. The staff was great, I left something in my room and it was found and returned to me in tact. Great location for tourists to see all over the downtown area.
“Good value, excellent location”
The hotel looks a bit old, but at least it's very clean. Also I can't complain about its location and price, especially I had a suite with a kitchen.
“Hôtel très correct et propre, situé en centre ville.”
Hôtel très correct et propre, situé en centre ville. Possibilité de cuisiner dans les appartements. Télé, DVD, internet ...
“Windsor Suites”
Good Location, Clean and up-to-date, good restaurants, price is not bad for Center City Philly, no store in lobby, only vending machines. Overall a good experience.
“Great location, excellent staff”
Great location, clean rooms, a little dated but otherwise fabulous for the price. The staff, in particular, was absolutely wonderful, especially the young man who checked us in on a Thursday afternoon around 3:15 p.m. So helpful and was actually pleasant and cheerful. He also gave us directions, offered advice on where to eat, etc. ,etc. Other staffers were just as amicable and we really appreciated their devotion to good service with a big smile. I will stay here any time I visit Philadelphia.
“Plenty of space”
The rooms were large and comfortable. We'll definitely stay there again when we're in Philadelphia. Good price, good location, good rooms and service.
“Recommended”
Very nice Hotel. Best featue is the size of the room (kitchen area, walk in closet). Older/dated hotel but very clean and an overall nice place to stay. Parking is expensive due to location. Walking distance to tourist attractions (very close to museums). Only complaint is the maid service was not completed until after 2pm (they seem to be more accustomed to extended stay customers... and are a little more lack for 1-2 day stays (compared to most other hotels).
“Pratique”
Petite Piscine sur le toit bien agréable. Situé entre le Musée d'art et les rues commerçantes. Bus (ou taxis).
“very good experience”
The hotel was more upscale than we expected, with better quality furniture, more closet space and many more floors than we are used to when traveling. The clerks at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The location was great for our needs. We didn't realize we would need to pay separately for the parking garage but it was reasonable. We had an excellent experience, overall.
“Great deal”
Great downtown location and a good price. I was satisfied with it.
