“Wonderful experience”
To our delight we were upgraded to the Bavaro since the Punta Cana was full. The Bavaro was wonderful. The small units were quiet and peaceful. The food was terrific a large choice to satisfy everyone. The staff was always ready to assist. Take one dollar bills to use for tips- they all work so hard they desire an extra bit of thanks. Requested extra bottled water for our room and the maid left whatever amount we requesed. The pillows were a little disapppointing small and not very softi but everything else was perfect. if we go back I would book with the Bavaro , from appearances the Punta Cana did not look as immpressive.
“My Trip to Punta Cana”
This hotel was awesome! The pool was shared with the Dominicana hotel (next door) and could have been a bit closer to those that stayed at Iberostar. I think too for that kind of money, they should provide transportation to and from the Airport. There were NO transporation to even take you around the resort itself and IF they did have this, they should make it known to their guests. You had to ask for things like this. To get to an outside shop you had to take your own transportation! I mean some sort of transportation could have been provided in my opinion. Also they need to offer different meals at the buffets. It was the same thing every day! And they were hardly any seafood stuff! Besides the sushi one night at the Dominicana that was it! Other than that, the hotel itself was beautiful.
“Great Trip!”
We stayed at Iberostar P.C. for 9 days and had an amazing time. The hotel staff and all employees were extremely helpful and friendly. Everyone always had a smile and was always willing to go out of their way to help with anything and everything. We had 3 dinner reservations at the Gourmet, Mexican, and Asian restaurants. The Gourmet was hands down the best meal we had during our trip. The Asian and Mexican restaurants were also very good. Even the buffet dinners were decent, though we preferred to eat at the Dominicana buffet for both breakfast and dinner: the dining room there was recently renovated and the presentation just seemed a bit nicer. Overall, great trip. We ended up scuba diving with dressel divers, the onsite dive shop, and were thoroughly pleased with the service and professionalism. Saona island is a great full-day excursion which we all loved.
“Can't wait to go back next year”

“Can't wait to go back”
The hotel has a very good entertainment schedule. Everybody works very satisfied. They sing all the time.
“Very Happy with Iberostar Punta Vana”
I highly recommend Iberostar Punta Cana. It is a first rate resort. The room was clean and in good shape. The grounds were very well cared for. There was plenty of room around the large pool and the beach was in magnificent shape. The food was good but not great but there was plenty of it. You will never go hungry here. The staff was fun and very friendly. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy or you could just sit and relax and enjoy your self. All in all I had a terrific time and I would go back there again.
“Iberostar is still a quality brand!”
My first trip here was 11 years ago and my last was 5 years ago, before this. We tried many others in-between but I have to say, this is the friendliest of the Punta Cana resorts. The staff is outstanding, the food is better than most others, beds are comfy, entertainment is good and beaches/beachfront is kept very clean and they don't let vendors bug you. This is a good value for the money.
“nice vacation hotel”
Left safe unlocked in hotel with credit cards, passports, hundreds in cash, electronics, etc on accident. The cleaning lady had security lock it and my personals were untouched. There's something to say about that in a foreign country.
“iberostar punta cana : plus qu'excellent sur tous les points”
aux petits soins pour les clients, service et propreté irréprochable, jardins magnifiques, situation directement sur la plage, nourriture à profusion, rien n'est laissé au hasard pour que le client n'ai qu'une envie, c'est d' Y REVENIR.
