Amazing
First, Reginald is amazing, super responsive and the property had everything and more. OMG the property location is center to everything whether driving or taking an Uber. Plenty of space and great on street parking. If you are in the Phila area this is the place for you!!!!

Redone classy older home
The building is quite old but the interior has been redone so it’s quite a spacious 3 story building that gave our party of 8 plenty of space and privacy. Ample room to gather as well. The kitchen had a nice array of k-cups. The dishwasher turned on but the pods would not dissolve. The neighborhood initially seems a little run down but it was very conveniently located. We met a few of the neighbors and they’re all quite nice and friendly. We ran into some issues but the host is responsive and tries to help in a timely fashion.

House was nice and big needs bigger beds for a party of 10 house smells nice floors needs mopping my daughters socks were filthy..It also was cold downstairs I hate being cold..The heat takes awhile time to heat up downstairs..Give this house a 6-7 Reginald the host was nice always responded back, the check in process was good no problems.

Good Trip!
We were able to check in very easily, and it was easy to find. The street doesn’t look the best.. but this is the nicest house on the block. inside was really nice and we felt safe! lots of space to spread out, four floors! lots of bathrooms too which was nice. It has an outdoor area too which was nice so you didnt have to hang out in the front. the kitchen was well stocked with things, and they provided extra blankets and towels. The listing says there is a camera at the front door, but i thought this meant a ring camera outside - but this camera was inside facing the living area which we did think was a little weird. It should be just for outside to give guests privacy. Overall the house was comfy and we had a great stay would recommend :)

Our place was not clean, tissues in the bed, dirty linen on the shower, food left in the fridge. When the cleaning lady came she had an attitude. Although she offered compensation for our time, this place left a bad taste in our mouth. We heard gunshots at night. Would not recommend

Thanksgiving with family
It was great to stay in such a beautiful home. My family and I loved the location. Close to University city and City Avenue. Host was gracious and his communication was on point.
