“No complaint.”
Excellent. It's cold outside but warm in the hotel, very comfortable. Nice service and very good security. The Chinese restaurant at the hotel is delicious.
“It was very nice stay.”
We were on the 8th floor, or room was beside the elevator. First of all we could hear the elevator door open noise and then people laughing and giggling without realizing that other people could be sleeping ,its night time. Finally about 1130 pm people stopped coming in , I guess then we could sleep for about 3-4 hours and same thing started. My daughter had an interview early morning but I had to stay back in hotel so I decided to sleep again because I was alone there and my daughter was going to be finished at 3pm but I had time till 12pm, I had to check out. I just fell asleep and these two ladies appear from somewhere and started talking, I was guessing that they were cleaning ladies. My god those ladies mad me mad. I felt like opening the door and shut them up but I did not want to be rude, because it was 730 or 8 am. That was the only down fall of the hotel otherwise everything was perfect.

This hotel exceeded all my needs. The front desk clerk was awesome. I will stay here again!
“Sheraton University City”
The location is perfect if you're planning to visit UPenn, just a block away. The club rooms are excellent, HD TV, new furniture, comfortable bed, computer desktop with internet connection and free WiFi in the room. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Sheraton and will surely be back there again for future trips to Philly.
“Met all expectations”
I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Free internet service and a computer in each room were a welcome bonus. I would definitely consider staying there again.
“Good value, nice staff, great location”
It may not be Trump Tower but it's clean, neat,and with a nice and helpful staff. The breakfast is standard breakfast buffet but it's nice to have. Comfortable lobby, superb location. A very good deal.
“Friendly Staff, Quiet & Clean Rooms”
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful especially the desk clerk that greeted us at midnight. Rooms were clean, roomy and quiet.
“Upenn here I come”
Hotel is ideally situated. Sent my kid to UPenn and hotel was right smack in the middle of all the Upenn activities. Quite easy to move in and out of the city and the trolley and the subway are but stones throw away, hence making travel in and out quite easy.
“Great Hotel, Great Location”
Excellent hotel in a great location. I was able to walk to all the attractions and did not get back into my car until my vacation was over.
