The in room jacuzzi tub did not work. Also the concert was cancelled. I dont gamble so I walked around. The pool closes extremely early. Last time i stay here.

Great location for a quick get-a-way! The drive was nice, the location very clean. With live music on Friday night it’s hard to go wrong. The Chinese food was a pleasant surprise as it was so good :). Recommend the place, just remember, nothing beats Las Vegas so adjust your expectations.

The check-in at reception was slow and unprofessional. The queue to check-in was long, and they had multiple people working who were standing around and failed to even acknowledge those of us patiently waiting. Even a professional courtesy to say we appreciate your patience would make the 30min wait not so bad. Then when inquiring about upgrades or additional beds, was told I couldn't make any changes even though that is not what I was told when I inquired earlier. Additionally, I was told by booking through expedia.com I couldn't make changes, but there is no other way to book other than contacting PALA. In the world we live in, this is not convenient way of booking or treating a customer. Additionally, the non-smoking section clearly hasn't had a deep clean, the two sections should have just been combined. Lastly, the lack of frequent room cleaning is unpleasant. The only nice thing about Pala is the casino floor and restaurant staff were amazing. And I was able to catch a live gig.
