"The property has a sensational view. The room was large and comfortable, although the shower is very narrow. The staff was mixed. Some very friendly and helpful, others rather rude in enforcing strict hotel rules (like what dining table you are assigned). Would stay again for the view alone. "Large room with an excellent bathroom. Good bed - not too soft. Be sure to ask the receptionist for a Bolzano tourist card. It will allow you a ride up the cable car, buses, as well as museum entry. ( my only complaint about this property was that I was not offered this card upon arrival). You will need to close the shutters and windows if there on a weekend since the street outside is noisy. Great location across from archaeological museum. "

"Great relaxing time during our 4 night stay. All inclusive is good value given the excellent quality of the food. Be aware that only gin was included (so we were told) so other spirits are paid for, which is strange (and not all inclusive). Lovely outlook over the mountains, spa area also top quality, although sauna should be on all day, they only turn it on in the afternoon. "

"The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly.
