"Very central to all the sites. Close to restaurants and Hyde and Kensington parks. Staff were very helpful. Only negative was no parking on-site and it was not made clear where to park for drop off upon arrival."

"Lovely hotel with a real boutique feel - clean, nicely decorated and a friendly atmosphere. When I checked in I was given a complimentary upgrade (without asking) which meant I stayed in a very nice room indeed, but they all looked good. This is a great area of London to stay in, close to Hyde Park, shops and the Tube, and very safe. Only very slight downside was that it was a little difficult to spot the entrance on the street. A flag or pennant like some of the other hotels on the street would solve this. Will stay here again if I have the chance. "
