"Our first time staying here at the Beach Colony Resort. We are a family of four with two teenagers and we booked a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. It worked out beautifully for us. The picture of the room with two beds was their room. My wife and I had our own room and bathroom! "A gentleman named Henry checked us in and he was great. The rest of the staff was friendly and courteous, the room was very clean, easy access to the beach and the shops. No golf cart parking needs to be added to the website and the rooms are dated but all in all we had great time!!"

"I’ve stayed here many times. It used to be much nicer. The parking deck is incredibly small and it was roped off for bikers even though some of us had been there for days before. The lady at checkin was rude. We were not told how to access WiFi or how to get into the pool/hot tub area. One room had roaches in it also. Do better! Disappointing."
