The place was clean, little/no traffic in the surrounding area, very quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to quite a few things! "The location of the property was exactly what we were looking for. Easy access to the beach, pool, and great views from the balcony. If I were to rate the condo based on a five star rating, I would rate it a three. Overall everything in the condo is out of date, but has all the necessities you would need for a family vacation. "We stayed here for just a couple days, celebrating a big birthday milestone. The house was exactly as we expected it to be. The owners were very accommodating. We even had a small accident in the house (one of the kids broke a small lamp) and the owners were great, giving us the opportunity to just purchase a replacement option, rather then charge us anything additional. The kids loved the house and said every time we return to Miami, they hope we can stay again."

I highly recommend this location to anyone staying in the area whether family on vacation or group working in the area. Close to everything and comfortable enough to sit back and relax."

"We had plenty of room for the family and the pool was nice Great access, it was situated nicely for being able to get around the area Kitchen and grill area could use some TLC along with a few more and newer pots and pans. Road noise was a bit bothersome at times The host was very nice"
