"We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. "My mother and I spent a lovely weekend watching the waves and drinking tea. This is a sweet little house with two bedrooms, which allows plenty of privacy when needed, but also boasts an excellent front row seat (couch, actually) for you to look out to the ocean and people watch while cozy inside. The only caveat to this place is that the stairs going up to the second bedroom are steep and narrow - within spec, but I wouldn't try to hoist a big suitcase up there again!"

"We were delighted to find that the property had received an upgrade in amenities since the pictures we saw. It's quite large and spacious, even our group of 11 felt comfortable. Lots of fun to be had in the arcade, and the hot tub and sauna are a nice bonus. Easy walk to the beach, lots of nice outdoor views nearby. Easy house rules, great experience overall."

"Wonderful view of the bay. Beds comfortable and lots of sleeping areas. Beautiful view from upstairs room. Great views from living room. The hot tub location is awesome the tree kind of blocks the winds. There are a few cosmetic things that need fixed. The path to front door needs to be straightened and the landscape pruned back.And the front porch stairs need another rail also. There are 2 of the kitchen chairs that are broken. The wicker outdoor furniture was so broken that it wasn't usable....

"Your place is absolutely perfect. I did not want to leave. In fact I thought we had booked through Friday. I was heartbroken when I realized we had to leave today. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything you could ever want. We will definitely be back. Our only negative is we didn’t see any whales. ☹️. "We rented the home with modest expectations. The property absolutely over performed and exceeded all expectations. The home is much nicer and newer than a standard weathered coast home with four bedrooms and a nice, well outfitted kitchen. The garage was retrofitted into an activity room. The hot tub and expansive space behind the home was a hit! The 6 minute walk to the beach was well worth it considering all this great home has to offer. Will rent again!"

"I did not expect to basically have a one bedroom apartment that was really nice. View of the beach was amazing and literally right outside. Downside, pillows like rocks, and noisy. Can't blame the hotel for the noise, its the people who don't follow the rules. Looks like some work either needs to be done or is being done on the pathways to the beach but again, that is to be expected, this place is right on the beach."

"An amazing room, everything was so comfortable and spacious. Walk in Shower had dual showerheads. Wish the vanity area had a bit more counter space but counter space under the TV was perfect to store other items. Loved having to ability to have the door open each evening to listen to the waves. We don’t use the jacuzzi tub, but it was under a window looking out to the beach and maybe next time we’ll have time to use it. The hotel was centrally located within Lincoln city so everything was easy to get to. This hotel is the perfect getaway for couples as it is an adult only hotel. We are excited to go back again next year."
