“great hotel will go back again soon”
Nice clean hotel.Really handy for the Bombardier traing facility, in fact it's right across the road.
“Good value for money”
Good shuttle service airport to hotel and back. Close to transportation to downtown Montreal Room was spacious and comfortable, appreciated the in room coffee and fridge. Fixtures all worked properly. Bed was comfortable. Internet access was great. Two issues need attention: Business facilities were difficult to access since our room key did not open the door. Computer USB ports need to be serviced. Restaurant breakfast was good but pricey. Dinner prices were outrageous, but Subway and Tim Horton's are closeby. Lounge prices were OK but service was slow. I would go back again.
“Needs updating”
The reception area was very nice and updated. Our room however was in dire need of an update. The bathroom was barely working. The seal around the tub and sink area was stained, the shower head barely delivered any pressure. The bed sheet were clean but showed old stains; the same can be said for the comforter. This hotel has great potential, the service was excellent, but unfortunetely an update of the rooms is necessary. I am glad our family only stayed there one night otherwise we would have had to move.
“Not impressed”
View from our lower florr room consisted of the trash bins on the side of hotel. (room 1068) I was not given a receipt upon check out. We were not given helpful information for transportation into Montreal. After we had paid a cab to go to and from Old Montreal ($70 round trip), we saw info at the hotel which stated they provided shuttle service into Old Montreal. Desk staff not cordial.

Good old hotel that has seen better days... Beware of the bug bed!!!!
“Dirty room!!!”
No restaurants around. Dirty room. Mildew in the tub and hair...Stained cardet. Keep your shoes on!!!
“Poor Quality Inn”

“Will never go back”
Not a clean hotel, we were given a room in rhe basement that was extremely damp and the bathroom was not clean, long black hair in the sink and shower. When we complained, we were told that it was the only room available. We booked for two double beds and were given a room with a double bed and a pullout love seat that the springs were coming thru. The food was extremely expensive and not good at all.It was not a pleasant experience at all and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
