The hotel overall was ok, however, the cleaning crew refused to clean our room because we had clothes on the floor. We were a party of 6 with 4 small children, I don't know what were they expecting, in my opinion, it is ridiculous that they refused to clean just because there were clothes on the floor. We have 4 children and we were on vacation. We were not the only people complaining about this other couples with children were also complaining about this. There are rooms in which you won't have to clean at all, but there are other rooms in which there is going to be more heavy cleaning. That's work! You don't pick and choose.

The hotel is fine, with decent breakfast and clean facilities. Staff was very nice. However, while parked in the hotel garage, car thieves broke my window in an effort to steal the car. It put a real damper on my stay, and it really shouldn't have happened in a hotel parking lot.
