“Good hotel”
Had no complaints whatsoever. Very friendly service, rooms nice and very clean.
“Parle vous English ???”
The hotel staff always very friendly. Rooms clean. My only complaint would be not enough English. Although the staff speak very good English anything you may want to read in the lobby is all in French. I would say this would be a corporate issue to resolve this. Other than that for the price and location it is great place to stay. One of our favorites in the Laval area.

The hotel was comfortable and conviently located near but not too close to the main city which made it simple to drive to and hop on the Metro. Also, the staff is friendly and eager to please.
“I'm impressed”
I've traveled a lot and I've been in many hotels both high end and lower end. I must say I was impressed with how clean the room was and how friendly the staff were. The walls are a tad thin, but I would stay there again. Great place to stay if you have kids. If you're looking for something more extravagant, then this is not the place to stay.
“A very well Staffed Hotel”
If you to to Montreal, take that extra time and stay at this hotel in Laval...the staff will blow you away...I will not stay at any other hotel in the Montreal area now
“In a Word... Decent”
I stayed at this hotel over the latter part of the summer for R&R and for the money this is one of the best hotels you can get. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. I did have some problems with the Wireless Internet but they were right on top of it and got answers for my inquires. The hotel room was very clean and some rooms even have outside doors so you can move your bags in directly instead of going through the hotel. The location isn't bad either... in Laval very close to Montreal and all it has. Staff English was very good. All in all, a very decent hotel.

It was a business trip and I just needed an hotel to sleep in and do some followup. For the purpose of my visit the hotel was great (clean and comfortable)
“Nice Hotel”
We stayed at this hotel on our trip by car out to the Halifax and again about a week later on our return to Ontario. The hotel was clean, staff at the front desk were very friendly dispite our lack of French. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had supper in the restaurant in the hotel, the food was very good but the service was unfriendly. The hotel is located close to a busy street with lots of shopping and restaurants so I would say its a good location however getting to the hotel in rush hour traffic was a challenege.
“very satisfied”
the first night they gave me a room with craks and punch holes in the room and very noisy(beside escalator). i called them the day after and they gave me a very clean room and extremely quiet. so in all i am very satisfied and recommand this hotel.
