I booked a king suite at this property. The check in host was super kind and respectful. That’s about the only good thing. When we walked into our suite, it REEKED of marijuana. The windows were all open to try and air it out. We asked to switch rooms but they were fully booked. The rooms are pretty outdated and rough around the edges. The linens were fresh and clean. The air conditioner filter needed to be changed so there was constant beeping when it was on which is absolutely irritating. The bathroom walls around the tub had mild black mold growing and there were separated spackle around the walls and corners which is a breeding ground for bugs to come in. The suite was really big for the price and it had a fridge, microwave and sink for washing dishes. The couch was hard and uncomfortable. The king size bed was very comfy which I did enjoy. The walls are VERY thin so you can hear your neighbors if they’re loud. Overall I would not stay here again.

This property is very quiet and close to the beach. It is hidden in between the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place if you want peace and quiet. Along with the perks of the beach and weather

Property is old and it shows. The office hours only stay open until 8pm. Our key card got demagnetized and we couldn’t get into our room at 11pm. No one was on the property to help us. I called their emergency after hours number. No answer. It wasn’t until another regular guest called on my behalf that they answered and said they were not home and would come to make a new key card. (The owners live in the property) The lady was very kind when she came home and made us a new key card, but we were locked out of our hotel room and the end of a ver long and exhausting day. We were scared we were going to have to sleep in our car. The owner was apologetic but compensation was not offered. This was unacceptable. There are plenty of better locations to stay that are much more professional.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious, but needs ALOT of TLC/maintenance. The front of the bath tub was caving in. The kids wanted to use the jets which were very dirty and full of someone’s hair. The bathroom door was separating from water damage. The carpet and wallpaper were splitting. Food was under a chair. The sheets and couches were full of stains. Coffee and food splatter high up on the walls. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Price was great for a quick weekend getaway and bed was comfortable. Location was good, very quiet. Gave more of a cabin-feel than hotel/inn. However our room appeared outdated and needed maintenance checks (carpet and bathtub were peeling, shower pressure was low, one window was broken). Front desk staff were nice.

staff at service desk absolutely unprofessional, they charged from me 2 times without my authorization. after 2 days still havent get refund back. be careful and never provide you credit card!! only online payment!
