“Very impressed”
Yes i would stay here again, the room was very confortable, they gave me an upgrade. the only complaint is that they charge $ 35 per day for parking for hotel guests....hope that they can do something about it, since you must have a car in Miami to go almost anywhere, so parking, depending on your rate could be almost 15 to 25 percent of the total night stay. Other that so, the hotel is very very good
“Miami Luxury”
Hotel was first class. Fine dinning on premises and more 5 star dinning options within walking distance. View where spectacular. City skyline against the water and causeway. ten minutes from Southbeach. Will definitly be back.
“very good place to stay in Miami”
the same brekfest menu is the only one weak side of the hotel all other is OK !!
“The whole nine yards”
At Epic they really know how to make you feel welcome. It's all the little details that big chain hotels have no time nor interest in doing, that make the difference. The complimentary wifi after signing up for their loyalty service, the extra soft bedding, the bell on the door, all those little details that say "you're not in one big-chain cookie cuter hotels".
“Very, very nice hotel”
This hotel exceeded my expectations frankly. Most of the time check-in is a hassle but here it was simple, warm, engaged and pleasant. Actually, I have to say each and every staff member seemed proud to work at the hotel and happy I was there. The room itself was large, well appointed, spotless and very comfortable. Great views of the water and pool area. Try this place and you will not be disappointed....just beware of the hotel parking....I thought this it was needlessly expensive.
“Fantastic holiday”
What a fantastic hotel with views over the bay, well worth paying the little extra to get a bay view. The room was furnished well, spotlessly clean with a huge bathroom. What a surprise to get a computer in the room, this helped to plan your days. Staff all very helpful especially at the pool, supplying you with a couple of towels, ice cold water and fresh fruit. If you enjoy wine its worth turning up for the wine reception at 5.00pm daily. All in all a fantastic two weeks spent at the Epic Hotel, we found no trouble getting everywhere by public transport and walking and there was a fantastic local Italian restaurant with 5 minutes.
“Très bon hôtel à recommander”
Hôtel de bon standing dans le quartier "downtown" de Miami. Très belle chambre spacieuse avec balcon et accès internet gratuit. Ordinateur mis à disposition dans la chambre pour ceux ne voyagant pas avec leurs portables (à noter que le clavier est un QWERTY).
“Will be going back again!”
The hotel is very nice and the service is up there with some of the best i have recieved in my 12 years of travelling, I arrived just after checkin had begun and was told that i had been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite from a junior suite which was great, first impressions were going very well at this point, the only minor issue was the a day holding deposit which i wasn't aware of before travelling, it wasn't a major issue but could have been if i didn't have an extra card to secure the funds on. Once checked in we went to our room and the view was amazing, and the room was very well laied out, they had a mini bar which was well stocked, didn't use it as the prices were a little high but its to be expected from a hotel in general, there was alot of to do at the hotel, Area 31 which is the dining restaurant had different things happening everyday, also there was plenty going on by the pool and between 5-6pm there was a free wine hour, which my friends and i made much use of...lol there was a spa which i didn't use but a guest of mine did and totally enjoyed the reflexology treatment he got. All the staff were so attentative and friendly, it was such a great place to be and you felt so welcomed by the team there, i don't think i would have any complaints except out key cards kept going dead and had to be chznged about 10 times between 3 of us, other than that i can't fault the hotel, i would whole heartedly reccommend the Epic to anyone else
“Wonderful surprise & stay”
Simply an awesome hotel. From check-in to checj-out we were served always at a high level of education and sympathy. Wonderful acommodations, good room space. Im used to stay at boutique hotels and Epic is for sure on my top three picks.
“Very satisfied”
Very modern design, comfortable room and friendly staff for an affordable price.. Would stay again.
